What makes a prop firm EA-friendly?

An EA-friendly firm explicitly permits Expert Advisors on the same terms as manual trading, without hidden clauses around HFT, latency arbitrage, news filters, or post-hoc rule changes that can void a payout.

Do you take affiliate commissions?

Yes, on some firms. The price for you is identical either way. Firms without an affiliate program get the same review treatment as firms that pay us.

How often is the data updated?

Each firm review is re-checked whenever that firm pushes a TOS or pricing update, and at least once per quarter.

I am running a grid or martingale EA. Which firms allow it?

Blue Guardian, E8 Markets, and Bright Funded are the clearest yes on grid and martingale. FTMO permits martingale but it is risky against the 10% static drawdown. Funded Trading Plus bans grid.
